If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days and Sacredhome will give you a full and prompt refund or send you an exchange, as you desire.
Returning an Item:
- Contact us at returns@sacredhome.com or call us at
888-599-4106 to obtain a Return Merchandise number so that we can issue a pre-paid return shipping tag to you;
- Repack your order using the original box and packing material;
- Stick the pre-paid return tag on the box;
- Give the package to your carrier.
For items damaged in transit: Please retain the box and packing material in case the shipper needs to inspect them for insurance purposes.
Please note: It is important that you contact Sacredhome before you return an item. Sacredhome is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return unless you have first obtained a Return Merchandise number.
International Returns:
We regret that at this time, Sacredhome cannot refund shipping charges on international orders or issue pre-paid international return tags. In addition, various countries collect customs fees and duties on international orders. If your country collects these charges, we recommend you contact your local customs office about whether these charges are refundable.
