How do I know my online order is secure?
Sacredhome uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Basically, SSL is an extremely robust encryption method that encodes your credit card information before it is transmitted to Sacredhome.com. Even if someone were able to eavesdrop on your transmission -- a highly unlikely event -- they could not read the encrypted information.
In order to transmit information using SSL, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. You can tell when your browser has activated SSL by looking at the icon at the bottom left corner of your browser window. If you are using Netscape, a small locked padlock will appear. If you are using Internet Explorer, a picture of a small unbroken key is shown. At Sacredhome.com, SSL is activated whenever you click the checkout button in your shopping cart.
I’m not comfortable about ordering with my credit card over the Web. Can I order by phone?
Yes, by all means. Simply call our Customer Service staff at 888-599-4106 between 9:00am and 5:00pm Pacific Time. You can also fax us your order at 661-420-7391.
Can I pay by check?
You certainly may. Your order will be shipped once your check is verified. Although we usually verify checks quickly, your order shipment may be delayed a few days. If speedy delivery is crucial, please allow for this.

Do you guarantee your products?
Absolutely. If within 14 days you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will promptly exchange it or issue you a refund, whatever you wish. Click here to learn more about our guarantee and return policies.
How do I return an item?
E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call Customer Service at 888-599-4106 to obtain a Return Merchandise number. When you do, we will arrange for a pre-paid return shipping call tag so you won't have to pay any return shipping charges. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please keep in mind that various countries impose customs fees and duties on international orders. If your country imposes these charges, the carrier will collect them from you at the time your order is delivered. These charges are determined solely by your country and are not included in our shipping charge to you. If you have questions about possible customs fees and duties, we recommend that you contact your local customs office before placing your order.
How do I know if you’ve received my order?
If you placed your order through our Web site or sent it to us by e-mail, we will send you an e-mail message confirmation acknowledging your order and the total charges. If you mailed us your order, we will mail you a confirmation.
Why am I having trouble sending my order?
Make sure you correctly entered your credit card number, expiration date, and the type of card you are using. If you are still experiencing a problem, call Customer Service at 888-599-4106 and we’ll straighten things out.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
For items that are in stock, please allow 7-10 days for delivery if shipped by UPS Ground service. Items that are out of stock, custom orders, and orders which are directly shipped from the artist's studio can take longer, but in any event we will notify you if your order will not be shipped within seven days of the date you placed the order. Other factors that can affect the time it takes for you to receive your order include where you are shipping to, when you placed your order, and the shipping method you selected. Paying by check can also delay your order.
What do I do if I need to correct erroneous shipping information?
If you contact us within 24 hours of your order we can usually amend your shipping information. If a change needs to be made, it is important you contact us immediately.
What do I do if my order was damaged in transit?
Immediately e-mail us at email@example.com or call Customer Service at 888-599-4106. Keep the box and shipping material in the event the shipping company needs to inspect them for insurance purposes.
How do I delete my name from your mailing list?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address you wish to remove and type "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
Will you give my name to others?
Absolutely not. How you celebrate your spirituality is a fundamentally private matter. Sacredhome will not sell, trade, give away, or distribute your name or other personal information to anyone.
What kind of information do you collect about me?
Other than necessary credit card, billing, and shipping information that you provide, Sacredhome does not collect information about specific users and does not employ site "personalization" software. While some Web merchants allow users to personalize their shopping or browsing experience by asking for personal information and shopping preferences, we feel that the convenience of this is outweighed by its invasiveness, especially when it comes to matters of religion and faith. Sacredhome put a "cookie" on my computer. What does this do?
Our Web site adds a cookie to your Web browser files so that items you place in your shopping cart will still be there if you need to leave the site and then return before checking out. The cookie does not collect information about you or your computer. By accessing your browser software preferences, you can set your browser so that it will not accept cookies. Doing so will not prevent you from shopping at Sacredhome but your shopping cart will be automatically emptied if you leave the site before completing your purchase.
Do you accept custom orders?
Most of our artists can create custom orders, so we encourage you to contact us about this. If there is a particular product you would like us to carry, please let us know. We're always interested in adding new items.
